Job Description

While it's sales, there's absolutely no "hard selling"!
You'll be the "coordinator" supporting smooth project progress by collaborating with existing clients and internal team members.

For example...
・Reviewing blueprints to create estimates (no dedicated format)
・Checking on-site progress and adjusting schedules
・Coordinating and adjusting with partner companies and internal staff

◎ Technical staff handle the actual work.
◎Over 60% of the work is office-based (desk work).

Working Hours・Holidays & Leave

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (90-minute break)
Overtime is virtually nonexistent.

Probationary period: 6 months (no change in conditions upon permanent employment)

Two days off per week (Weekends off)
・Approximately 125 days off per year

・Paid Leave (10 days per year. The minimum number of days is granted after 6 months of employment.)

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary:¥230,000 - ¥280,000 (includes fixed overtime pay) Fixed overtime pay: ¥10,000 and up *Additional payment for overtime exceeding 7 to 8.5 hours (based on base salary) *Included in base salary. *Salary will be determined based on skills and experience. ・Salary increases available (once per year) ・Bonus: May Once a year, equivalent to one month's salary ・Year-end bonus (based on performance): November In addition to the annual bonus (1 month), a year-end bonus (2.5 months to 'previous year's results') may be paid depending on performance. ■Model Annual Salary 10th year: Annual income 4.8 million yen + overtime pay + bonus + year-end bonus (35 years old, joined without experience)

Why Experience Isn’t Required

Because we operate with a small, close-knit team, we can provide careful guidance to each employee.
You won’t be expected to know everything from the beginning. A senior employee will mentor you directly, so you can learn at your own pace.
At first, you will accompany senior staff on site visits and client meetings.
Once you have gained enough experience, you’ll take on work more independently, allowing you to manage your own schedule.
